It took me a min to allow enough slack for the wrist line but once I got the hang of it omg I wish I would have gotten a long time ago. I bought the squeegee off concentrate that is recommended and my windows have never been cleaner. Very impressed. Would highly recommend. I need more pads for it. 2 sets came with it but my windows were so gross, I really need 5 sets 😂.

Amazing product!!! So easy to use, and the handy strap was perfect when the outside triangle fell out but just dangled and was easy to retrieve! Night and day difference using just dishwashing soap! I hope I get better as it did leave some streaks, but I am soooo impressed I was able to clean my own third story windows 8 months pregnant without falling out! And in about 25 mins to do six big windows!

The item takes a little bit of getting used to. I found it took a while to get the right mix of warm water and detergent to not have too much excess run off. Im glad I practiced on the downstairs windows first so I was used to the motions.

I have been wanting to wash my windows for two years (!!) but I live on the 8th floor of a high rise and it was just not possible. I bought the strongest magnet for these and I am not sure if it made a huge difference but I can say that it stayed stuck to the windows as we cleaned them.I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone with windows they can't clean from the outside.Unfortunately we don't have the ability to clean the top window (it doesn't pull down and our other windows have screen on them we can't get around). But the difference of clean and dirty is clear here.

Be careful when increasing magnetic power as thin glass might break. Use only tha power that allows the unit to work correctly. More might break the glass. I used it on my double paned Anderson windows with the #1 setting which worked great. No problems. I tried increasing the power on upstairs windows and felt the glass bulge. Be carefulAll that said it cleans wonderfully and being triangular it gets into the corners.I recommend this cleaner
